T - Squared Home Inspections was established in 2004 in the Northern California. T - Squared Home Inspections concentrates on residential home inspections, energy audits and real estate photo services. Primary clients are bank construction, realtors, insurance, private real estate investors and home buyers. Home inspections focus on what the home buyers or sellers need to know about the current physical state of their property.

I teach a free seminar for first time home buyers on the areas of concern with a plastic Fisher- Price three story Tudor home that opens out in some sections. I enjoy working in the construction industrial and seeing how new technologies can be applied to new or older homes.
